The best videos I’d recommend are the SuperTraining sumo deadlift videos. I switched to sumo because conventional puts too much pressure on my back (my 4th vertebrae is rotated to a massive degree). So I only sumo deadlift now. Definitely practice both if your backs healthy. Also, try out Ed Coan’s deadlift program. I’ve progressed about 90lbs going through the program twice
