Haven&amp;#8217;t decided what I&amp;#8217;ll do for squat/bench but I&amp;#8217;ll do the Coan/Phillipi routin&lt;span&gt;e for deadlift.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Bodybuilding: Design routines based loosely on John Meadow&amp;#8217;s Mountain Dog Training. These are the routines that finally turned Antoine Vaillant&amp;#8217;s body into one so great that he could get his pro card. Plus, I enjoy the intensity of them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Not sure on how often I&amp;#8217;ll lift. At least 6 days a week.
